The energy here will push you to boss up in every area of your life. To be clear, we’re for the girl who desires a place of celebration and renewal to inspire personal growth wherever they are in their journey.
About The Founder
The Founder and Editor-in-Chief, who goes by her childhood nickname, Ty B. is a New York City writer and blogger born and raised in Harlem. She always had a passion for all things beautiful like writing, storytelling, fashion, and inspiring girls and women. She is a believer and an optimist who knows that all things eventually work together for the good. She is on a mission to promote self-love and self-esteem in women because she learned through her struggles that they are essential to creating success and happiness in their lives.
Ty, a member of New York City’s Big Sister mentor program, wanted to further help girls and women to be the best versions of themselves on a global level, and soon after Boss Girl Talk was formed. Ty hopes that BGT encourages authenticity and self-love in women, so they can complete their goals, fulfill their destiny as the women they were always meant to be.
